Le Letture Portfolio di PhEST sono una delle migliori opportunità per fotografe e fotografi, emergenti e mid-career, per far conoscere il proprio lavoro e incontrare alcuni dei più riconosciuti esperti dei settori della fotografia, arte ed editoria. In programma durante il weekend inaugurale di PhEST presso Palazzo Palmieri a Monopoli, durante le sessioni i lettori ospiti dell’edizione saranno a disposizione per visionare e commentare lavori già completati o ancora in corso. Online (modalità preferita) – fino al 19 agosto.
In loco (con meno disponibilità) – 10 minuti prima dell’inizio delle letture solo per gli slot dell'ultima mezz'ora (31 agosto: 17:30; 1 settembre: 12:30) e per eventuali slot di nuovo disponibili.
È possibile prenotarsi per un massimo di 3 letture nella stessa giornata ed è possibile partecipare alle letture in entrambe le giornate. Le letture portfolio di PhEST sono gratuite.

1. Chi può partecipare?
​Le letture di PhEST sono aperte a tutti i fotografi, emergenti e professionisti.

2. ​A quante letture posso iscrivermi?
Ogni partecipante potrà iscriversi ad un massimo di 3 letture al giorno (è consentito registrarsi a 3 letture il sabato, e 3 la domenica) a sua scelta fino a esaurimento disponibilità. Non sarà in ogni caso possibile registrarsi a più di una lettura con lo stesso lettore.
​3. Quanto dura una lettura portfolio?
Ogni singola lettura dura 20 minuti. Si consiglia pertanto di arrivare a Palazzo Palmieri con 10 minuti di anticipo rispetto all’inizio delle sessioni prenotate e di rispettare il tempo allocato. ​

4. Cosa devo portare per la lettura portfolio?
Meglio portare progetti già stampati, ma chi volesse potrà mostrarli anche con un proprio supporto digitale (pc portatile o tablet).
5. ​Cosa succede se non mi è più possibile partecipare ad una lettura prenotata tramite modalità online o se sono in ritardo?
In caso di impossibilità a partecipare, nel rispetto del tempo dei lettori e degli altri partecipanti, a chi ha effettuato la registrazione online è richiesto di inviare una comunicazione scritta a info@phest.it entro e non oltre il 25 agosto così da dare possibilità a chi è in lista d’attesa.
In caso di ritardo di più di 5 minuti dall’inizio dello slot prenotato, l’organizzatore avrà la possibilità di sostituire il partecipante.

PORTFOLIO REVIEWS
PhEST Portfolio Reviews are one of the best opportunities for emerging and mid-career photographers, to show their work and meet some of the most recognised experts in the fields of photography, art and publishing. Scheduled during the opening weekend of PhEST at Palazzo Palmieri in Monopoli, the guest reviewers will be on hand to view and offer advice on work which is already completed or still in progress. Do you want to participate and show your work? Here’s how!

HOW TO REGISTER
Online (preferred mode) – until August 19th.
On site (with a limited availability) – 10 minutes before the start of the reviews only for the last slots of the day (31 August: 5.30 pm; 1 September: 12:30 pm) and any newly available slots.
You can book for up to 3 reviews on the same day. It is possible to attend the reviews on both days. PhEST Portfolio Reviews are free of charge.

FAQs
1. Who can participate?
PhEST reviews are open to all photographers, emerging and professionals.
2. How many reviews can I sign up for?
Each participant may register for a maximum of 3 reviews per day (it is permitted to register for 3 reviews on Saturday, and 3 on Sunday) of their choice, subject to availability. In any case, it will not be possible to register for more than one review with the same reviewer.
3. How long does a portfolio review last?
Each individual review lasts 20 minutes. We therefore recommend arriving at Palazzo Palmieri 10 minutes before the start of the booked slot and respect the allocated time.
4. What should I bring for the portfolio review?
It is best to bring printed projects, but those who wish can also show them via their own digital media (laptop or tablet).
5. What happens if I can no longer participate in a review booked online or if I am late?
In case of inability to participate, as a sign of respect of the readers’ and other participants’ time, those who have registered online are requested to send a written communication to info@phest.it by August 25th at the latest.
In case of a delay of more than 5 minutes before the start of the reserved slot, the organizer will have the possibility to replace the participant.
